2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as described or agreed upon in the contract.
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery.
  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Cancellation within the cooling-off period (30 days for annual subscriptions, 7 days for monthly subscriptions).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@bytewaysolutions.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  2. Provide your order/invoice number and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made within the cooling-off period and no services have been rendered.
  • Partial Refund: Pro-rated refund based on unused service period or undelivered milestones.
  • No Refund: For completed services or after the cooling-off period has expired.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and renewal fees.
  • Third-party software licenses or integrations.
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved.
  • Consultation fees for completed sessions.
  • Setup or implementation fees once work has begun.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund to the same card within 7-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to the same bank account within 10-14 business days.
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: Refund to the same UPI ID or wallet within 5-7 business days.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
