For project-based services, cancellation must be requested before the project milestone is initiated.
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your service, please follow these steps:

Include your account details and the service you wish to cancel.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Cancellation will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Effects of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your service:

You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
All data associated with your account may be deleted after 30 days of cancellation.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
Any pending invoices must be settled before cancellation is finalized.

5. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled once initiated:

Custom software development projects that have passed the design approval stage.
Domain registration and renewal services.
Third-party integrations or licenses purchased on your behalf.
